Shipping/Tracking
Processing Time: There is a 1-3 business days processing time for all orders to be verified and packaged for shipping. Most orders ship within 1 business day.
Shipping: Orders are shipped via USPS and UPS. Once packages are picked up by USPS or UPS we are no longer responsible for your package. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. However, if you have any issues with your package please contact us immediately.
Shipping Cost: The cost of shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. Jolie Collection do not determine the cost it is calculated by the shipping carrier based on weight and distance. Shipping fees are none refundable if you need to return an item. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost when returning items.
Tracking: Once orders are packaged for shipping the tracking number will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout. Please make sure you enter your email address correctly.
Please make sure you enter your enter your shipping address correctly at checkout. We are not responsible if you enter the wrong address. However if you notice you didn't enter the correct address please contact us immediately and we can correct it if package has not shipped yet.
Return/Exchange Policy
Refunds are not accepted for cosmetics or hair products. Due to Covid , we are not accepting returns or exchanges for apparel either.
However please feel free to contact us if there is an issue with your purchase and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Pre Orders
Pre Orders are items that you purchase in advance to guarantee you get it before they sell out. Fast selling items are normally listed as Pre Order. In the product description it will always state if it is a preorder item and the estimated shipping date for the item.
